Tropical depression forecast: Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana face heavy rain, storm threat

As of 10 a.m. CDT (1500 UTC) Sunday, the center of the system was located about 155 miles (250 km) south of Panama City, Florida, according to the US National Hurricane Center (NHC).
